The Story
For over 25 years, I've had the privilege of standing in front of classrooms full of curious faces, watching children discover the joy of learning. I began my teaching journey in 1999 with one simple belief: that education is about more than facts and figures, it's about shaping character, sparking imagination, and building a foundation for life.
But I quickly realized that a single classroom, no matter how full of energy, could only reach so many young minds. So I did what storytellers do: I started writing.
That first Kindle book wasn't about achieving bestseller status. It was about extending the conversations I was having with my students beyond the school day, creating resources, stories, and learning materials that felt like they came from someone who truly understands what children need, and how their parents and teachers can support that growth.
Over the years, I've written multiple Kindle books and story collections, and each one carries the same mission: to make learning joyful, meaningful, and rooted in values that matter, including the Christian formation that shapes my worldview and my approach to education.
What Drives Me
I believe children learn best when:
